Guinea Pigs Hutches Building Blueprint Guinea Pig Question.....?

Guinea pig question.....? - guinea pigs hutches building blueprint

Extension of my cabin avoid guinea pigs fight? I have 4 males over 5 months. I have had) a cabin Pets at Home (United Kingdom, the first pink. I have a small hut and thought that aside. Cut a hole in the side of the cabin and a large hole in the cabin to make it less side by side and make a ramp so that she can walk in two cabs, then run to build a rabbit, it can only open the cage door and You can stay or choose to go to weather ... they have to fight so bad that I wondered if there was more room .... :)

The second poster has a point - keep people in large groups can be difficult, they tend to do better than two.

I would say two things ...

1) Get a couple of Hutch. Spring runs about 10 square meters of living space. A few children were approximately 10.5 square meters, but 4 children who need more. I think the biggest cab on the market is 2x6 meters (12 feet), it would be better, but still too small for many men. You can build your own to be better - I suggest a lot about 3x6 meters.

2) Divide into two pairs, one pair of cabin. The cottage is still too small, but away for a couple. Nothing less.

Also - consider whether it is currently struggling or simply mastery disputes. (This is especially likely if you are relatively new). The normal dominance behavior may follow, assembly, squeeking, nose, head, pistons and rumblestrutting. That's okay. Only really do worry if they have adequate control - try to do us harm each otherand the design makes the blood.
To be honest, even if it is true that we have not yet hold, as proposed, two pairs, preferably in large cages.

Hope this helps

No, do not the extension of the cab stop the fighting. My guinea pigs fighting for dominance - it is separate. For the future, try to adopt female piglets up to, usually at home without problems. Best wishes!
